14:55
  Marlene.jpg
Marlène Villeneuve, coach from Québec, must-coaching.com, tells us that 14:55 is approaching …

  • Can you feel it?
  • Do you want to have fun?
  • A break?
  • Do you want to escape from your job for a few minutes?
  • For a couple of hours?

Moreover, it is approaching every day. What a nightmare. Yes, such an esay nightmare, just under your fingers everyday. Have reasons or not, believe it or not, 14:55 is the instant with the most important traffic on social network sites, for professional people!
I must confess, temptation is strong to have a break, after lunch. If you’re already living it and if you want to fix something, so you should:

  • check your working habits with OmniContext
  • set you a new objective
  • keep an eye on it

And, obviously, if you have no idea about your rhythm and activity during the day, it is not that you should, but you must check OmniContext to have a quick and easy global overview of your working day and your (good, bad or ugly?) habits at work.

Are you afraid to know? Don’t be. Self-knowledge has nothing to do with fear. In any cases, tell us how you live this 14:55 instant.

As far as I concerned, it seems that I am launching more actions at 14.00 and at 15.00.

I want to thank again Marlene Villeneuve to have raised this subject. It could sound usual for her, as she is a time management expert. Talking with her made me think about this new trend at work: nap after lunch. More and more professional people are allowed to have a nap, after lunch. Companies are launching concrete actions for this purpose, keep their employees focused on their work having them more relaxed.

As a conclusion, I’d rather have a nap or walk our beautiful garden than browsing Twitter or Facebook. As always, life is all about choices. I made mine, what about you? Tell us.

Thank you Michel. Au Québec...

Thank you Michel.
